Please keep in mind the following information when planning your event:
- The Kernersville Community House is rented on a first come, first serve basis
- Rental cost is $40 per hour, time should include setup and clean up time
- A refundable security deposit equal to the full rent amount is required
- Full payment (including rental and security deposit) is required within 10 days of making the reservation to hold that reservation
- Check back often for availability as cancellations do occur
HOUSE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR 1 HOUR BEFORE AND AFTER EACH BOOKING.
CHECK THE DATES BELOW AND NOTICE THE COLOR CODING OF THE DATES AS FOLLOWS:
Yellow – Today’s date
Red – CLICK THE RED “busy” TO SEE START AND END TIME THAT HOUSE IS BOOKED ALREADY.
White – Full day is available to reserve for your event
$40/Hour plus Security Deposit which is equivalent to the rent amount
*Example: 4 hours – We would need one check for $160 for rent and another check for $160 for security deposit.
**Maximum Rental for a day – $400 for up to 15 hours, which require one check for $400 for rent and another check for $400 for security deposit.
